Steps

  1. In the sidebar, open the “System administration” group → “Users”.
  2. Choosing a “Role” or “Status” filters the list right away. To search by name or email, type in the search box and press Enter or click “Filter”. The list shows 50 accounts at a time; click “Load more” at the bottom to see the rest.
  3. Change the role with the dropdown on each row (“Students”, “Teachers”, “Administrators”), then confirm in the “Change role?” box.
  4. Click “Lock” to stop the account from signing in, or “Unlock” to let it be used again.
  5. To delete an account: click “Delete” → read the warning → “Continue” → “Delete account”. The account is closed, its personal details (email, full name, phone number, profile picture) are removed and it disappears from the list; classes, exams, attempts and scores are kept and shown under the name “Deleted account”. This can't be undone.
