See your score, answers and explanations

You see your score and the answers the way your teacher set them up for each exam. If your teacher hasn't released them yet, your exam was still submitted successfully — you just can't see the score yet.

Steps

  1. Go to “Results”. Each exam shows a score, or the label “Not released”, “Awaiting grading” or “Partially graded”. Practice attempts have the “Practice” label.
  2. Click an exam to see the details. If your teacher hasn't allowed you to see it yet, the page says “Submitted successfully” and “Your teacher will release the score and answers later…”.
  3. When you're allowed to see it, your score on a 10-point scale appears at the top of the page. The “Score percentage” line shows what percentage of the exam's total points you got. If essay questions haven't been graded yet, the page says “Essays awaiting grading”. In the “Results by question group” block (when the exam has 2 or more groups), a group with essay questions still waiting to be graded also shows how many are “awaiting grading”, and those questions aren't counted in the percentage yet.
  4. Click the “Score (all)”, “Correct answers”, “Incorrect answers” and “Unanswered questions” tiles to filter the question list. Questions keep the same numbers and group titles as when you took the exam; a question that isn't in any group and comes right after a group has the line “End of group — the questions below are not in any group” above it; blank questions say “Not answered”.
  5. The correct answers and explanations only appear once your teacher has released them. Until then, the page says “The teacher hasn't released the answers and explanations for this exam yet. You can still see your own choices.”
  6. The “Teacher feedback” section appears if your teacher wrote any. Click “Print score sheet” if you need a printout.
  7. If you got questions wrong and the answers have been released: click “Review in Mistakes notebook” to practice those questions again.

Common errors and how to fix them

  • “Results not found” → open the exam again from “Attempt history”.
  • “Couldn't load results” → check your connection, then click “Reload”.
  • Students don't have a button to ask for scores to be released. Your teacher sets when you can see scores and answers in the exam settings.
  • The “Results” page has a “Mistakes notebook” button that opens your review notebook.
  • When your teacher fixes the answer key or edits a score and the score you can see changes, you get the notification “Exam score changed: …” with the new score and the previous one (when fixing the answer key, the teacher can choose not to send it). The results page always shows the latest score.
